The Wirral Clinic

Service: Web Development

After receiving a design mock-up from an external design agency, AlphaWeb Services was provided with a PSD file and a zip folder containing image and icon assets. We were tasked with developing a fully functional, pixel-perfect, and responsive website.

Within just a few days, the development was completed, including an exact replica of the home page. This page featured sections for Services, The Team, and Location, as well as interactive elements like the Slick Carousel to showcase services dynamically.

The website was built with a mobile-first approach and rigorously tested across all device types—mobile, tablet, and desktop—to ensure full responsiveness and an optimal user experience on every screen.

Cat Diamond Tools

Designed by our very talented Scott at SquarePeg, Cat Diamond Tools entrusted AlphaWeb with the development of a multi-page online catalogue showcasing blades, drills, and other tools. The site features an advanced categorised search and filter function, allowing users to select a tool category and specific material, then view a tailored selection of accessories suited to their chosen task.

Since the initial development, AlphaWeb has been tasked with several enhancements to boost user engagement. These include the integration of an online dealer map, the addition of a secondary range of industrial products, and various back-end integrations to support marketing campaigns and analytical monitoring.

AlphaWeb also offers premium hosting services, including WordPress monitoring, ongoing maintenance, and expert technical support with near-instant response times.

SurgeryWeb

Service: Web Development, Hosting, WordPress Maintenance

SurgeryWeb is an affiliate of AlphaWeb Services, specialising in customisable WordPress websites for GP (General Practice) surgeries across the UK. Initially developed around 2016/17, the website has been updated and re-designed a small number of times to maintain alignment with current coding standards and improve user interaction.

The site functions as a sales and marketing platform for the service, featuring online enquiry forms, an interactive map showcasing customer locations, an extensive support section with embedded videos and written articles, and a blog to publish updates. These updates are made visible through an RSS feed on the dashboards of all customers.

SurgeryWeb GP Websites

The GP Website is the flagship product of SurgeryWeb, designed specifically for GP surgeries and their registered patient populations.

Each website provides a wealth of information to help patients easily navigate specific tasks, with direct links to online services and other healthcare-related resources and initiatives.

The website dashboard has been tailored for ease of use, enabling administrators to quickly update content and customise features. This allows them to maintain a unique identity while using a proven template that is trusted by over 300 other businesses.

Wirral Sensory Services

Service: Web Development, Web App Development

AlphaWeb was tasked with developing a new responsive and accessible website based on a series of mock-ups in PSD format. The design included six pages, each maintaining a consistent theme, but with varied elements such as content blocks, accordions, and other animated modules.

The original website, which had been built with a script-heavy page builder, suffered from slow page load speeds. Our goal was to create a script-light solution that would significantly improve performance—and we achieved this goal, enhancing load speeds by tenfold.

In addition to the website, we also developed a bespoke web application that allows consumers to sign up for projects. The application features a consumer interface for registration and availability submission, as well as an admin panel for creating projects, recruiting participants, and developing surveys. This advanced system was delivered to the client’s utmost satisfaction.
